I had a fantastic experience with the excellent service during my stay and the clean, spacious room made my weekend getaway in Charlotte very enjoyable.

I had a great time staying with my friends here! We visited the NASCAR Hall of Fame and caught an exciting game at the Panther Stadium. The beds were comfy and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, our first room had a clogged toilet upon arrival, which was a bit frustrating.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the front desk staff were pleasant. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, with unsanitized surfaces and a noticeably unpleasant smell. Additionally, the area felt unsafe with a lack of security measures like cameras to deter crime, leading to a troubling experience overall.
